We provide balloon artistry, event styling, children’s entertainment, sweet‑treat stations, retail products, and related creative services.
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on seasonal stock, staffing, and event requirements.

3. Booking & Payment
A non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure any event or installation.

Full payment must be made by the date specified on your invoice.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Booking fees are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel your event within 14 days of the event date, the full balance remains payable.

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made (excluding booking fees).

Refunds are not issued for custom or personalised items.

5. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing.

We will accommodate changes where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply for amendments, upgrades, or design changes.

6. Balloon & Product Care
Balloons are fragile items and must be handled with care.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or installation, including weather conditions, sharp objects, pets, or misuse.

Outdoor balloon displays are not guaranteed due to environmental factors.

7. Event Set‑Up & Access Requirements
You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the venue for installation.

Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect information, or venue issues may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe.

8. Children’s Entertainment & Sweet‑Treat Stations
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or misuse of equipment.

Food items may contain allergens; it is your responsibility to inform guests and check suitability.

9. Retail Purchases (In‑Store & Online)
All products are sold as described.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused items with proof of purchase.

Personalised or custom items are non‑returnable.

10. Photography & Marketing
We may take photographs of your event set‑up for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish your event to be photographed, you must inform us in writing before the event date.

11. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.

You agree to use our products and services responsibly and in accordance with safety guidance.

12. Website Use
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without permission.

We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time.
